So ist der Name des Projekts\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.glocalmeets.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Glocalmeets.ch<\/a>\u00a0zu verstehen. Initiiert hat es der Weinfelder Bankkaufmann Raphael Gerster. \u00abEs geht mir darum, integrationswillige Asylsuchende und Einheimische zusammenzubringen\u00bb, er kl\u00e4rt der 25-J\u00e4hrige.<\/p><blockquote class=\"articlecomponent quote regwalled\" data-v-0bbf6082=\"\" data-v-2314bcf5=\"\" data-nzz-article-component=\"\"><p>\u00abIntegration ist f\u00fcr mich die einzige L\u00f6sung, um Parallelgesellschaften in unserer Gesellschaft zu verhindern.\u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote><p class=\"articlecomponent text regwalled\" data-v-7eb9e870=\"\" data-v-2314bcf5=\"\" data-nzz-article-component=\"\">Solche Parallelgesellschaften seien gef\u00e4hrlich. \u00abEs kann Extremismus gesch\u00fcrt werden, wenn Fl\u00fcchtlinge unter sich bleiben und man ihnen das Gef\u00fchl gibt, die Gesellschaft will sie nicht.\u00bb<\/p><p class=\"articlecomponent text regwalled\" data-v-7eb9e870=\"\" data-v-2314bcf5=\"\" data-nzz-article-component=\"\">Mit dem Programm Glocalmeets.ch, das auf Smartphones installiert werden kann, versucht er Privatpersonen und Asylsuchende zusammenzubringen. \u00abWer teilnehmen will, f\u00fcllt einen Fragebogen aus \u2013 und ich versuche dann, ein erstes Treffen zwischen Asylsuchendem und Einheimischem mit \u00e4hnlichen Interessen zu organisieren\u00bb, erkl\u00e4rt Gerster.<\/p><h2 class=\"subtitle articlecomponent regwalled\" data-v-0e97221d=\"\" data-v-2314bcf5=\"\" data-nzz-article-component=\"\"><span data-v-0e97221d=\"\">Integration bei Kaffee und Kuchen<\/span><\/h2><p class=\"articlecomponent text regwalled\" data-v-7eb9e870=\"\" data-v-2314bcf5=\"\" data-nzz-article-component=\"\">\u00abIntegration kann ganz klein, bei einer Tasse Kaffee und einem Gespr\u00e4ch beginnen.\u00bb Im Juli hat Gerster seine App aktiviert. Seither hat er bereits eine Handvoll Treffen organisieren k\u00f6nnen. \u00abBeim ersten Treffen ist immer jemand von Glocalmeets dabei, einer unserer vier sogenannten Integrationskoordinatoren. Sie sind in der Folge auch die Ansprechpersonen f\u00fcr beide Integrationspartner.\u00bb<\/p><p class=\"articlecomponent text regwalled\" data-v-7eb9e870=\"\" data-v-2314bcf5=\"\" data-nzz-article-component=\"\">H\u00e4ufig br\u00e4uchten Asylsuchende Hilfe beim Deutschlernen, beim schreiben von Bewerbungen oder Ausf\u00fcllen von Formularen.<\/p><blockquote class=\"articlecomponent quote regwalled\" data-v-0bbf6082=\"\" data-v-2314bcf5=\"\" data-nzz-article-component=\"\"><p>\u00abManchmal hilft es schon, einfach etwas Zeit miteinander zu verbringen, unsere Br\u00e4uche und Grundregeln zu erkl\u00e4ren.\u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote><p class=\"articlecomponent text regwalled\" data-v-7eb9e870=\"\" data-v-2314bcf5=\"\" data-nzz-article-component=\"\">Was er nicht wolle, sei religi\u00f6se Integration. \u00abReligion spielt bei unserem Projekt keine Rolle, wir suchen keine Missionare f\u00fcr die Asylsuchenden.\u00bb<\/p><div id=\"adnz_content_2\" data-adnz-placement=\"1\" data-adnz-styled=\"1\" data-adnz-locked=\"1\" data-adnz-loaded=\"1\"><iframe id=\"adnz_google_passback_adnz_content_2\" width=\"0px\" height=\"0px\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0px\" marginheight=\"0px\" scrolling=\"no\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/div><p class=\"articlecomponent text regwalled\" data-v-7eb9e870=\"\" data-v-2314bcf5=\"\" data-nzz-article-component=\"\">F\u00fcr sein Projekt hat Raphael Gerster auch Partner mit ins Boot geholt. \u00abEs gibt in Z\u00fcrich den Verein\u00a0Glocal Roots, der ein \u00e4hnliches Ziel verfolgt \u2013 Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe f\u00fcr Asylsuchende. Dazu arbeitet auch die Arbeitsgruppe Agathu aus Kreuzlingen am Projekt mit.\u00bb<\/p><h2 class=\"subtitle articlecomponent regwalled\" data-v-0e97221d=\"\" data-v-2314bcf5=\"\" data-nzz-article-component=\"\"><span data-v-0e97221d=\"\">Kostenloses Angebot f\u00fcr die Teilnehmenden<\/span><\/h2><p class=\"articlecomponent text regwalled\" data-v-7eb9e870=\"\" data-v-2314bcf5=\"\" data-nzz-article-component=\"\">F\u00fcr die Teilnehmer kostet die App und eine Projektteilnahme nichts. Gerster hat die Entwicklung der App selber bezahlt und dazu einen Projektbeitrag von Glocal\u00a0Roots erhalten. Er schaffte es, einen Kontakt zwischen dem Afghanischen Fl\u00fcchtling Abas Rezaee und Ursula Baumann-Bendel, Inhaberin des Malergesch\u00e4ft E.\u2005Baumann AG in B\u00fcrglen herzustellen. Nun hat Rezaee dort eine Lehre begonnen.<\/p><div id=\"adnz_content_3\" data-adnz-placement=\"1\" data-adnz-styled=\"1\" data-adnz-locked=\"1\" data-adnz-loaded=\"1\"><iframe id=\"adnz_google_passback_adnz_content_3\" width=\"0px\" height=\"0px\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0px\" marginheight=\"0px\" scrolling=\"no\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/div><h2 class=\"subtitle articlecomponent regwalled\" data-v-0e97221d=\"\" data-v-2314bcf5=\"\" data-nzz-article-component=\"\"><span data-v-0e97221d=\"\">Vertrauen und Deutschkenntnisse sind wichtig<\/span><\/h2><p class=\"articlecomponent text regwalled\" data-v-7eb9e870=\"\" data-v-2314bcf5=\"\" data-nzz-article-component=\"\">\u00abOhne die Hilfe von Raphael w\u00e4re es f\u00fcr mich sehr schwierig gewesen, diese Lehrstelle zu bekommen\u00bb, sagt Abas Rezaee. \u00abIch habe bei ihm Deutsch gelernt und er hat sich sehr viel M\u00fche gegeben, f\u00fcr mich eine Lehrstelle zu finden.\u00bb Vier Monate lang machte Rezaee ein Praktikum, vor einem Monat hat seine Lehre als Maler begonnen.<\/p><p class=\"articlecomponent text regwalled\" data-v-7eb9e870=\"\" data-v-2314bcf5=\"\" data-nzz-article-component=\"\">Ursula Baumann lernte die beiden im Zusammenhang mit der Lehrstellensuche kennen. \u00abIch denke nicht, dass wir uns gefunden h\u00e4tten ohne Raphaels Hilfe. Abas kann eine Blindbewerbung noch nicht selber schreiben.\u00bb Raphael Gerster habe ihr auch zu sp\u00fcren gegeben, dass Abas durch ihn gef\u00f6rdert wird. \u00abDas hat mir auch Vertrauen vermittelt f\u00fcr die Lehrstelle.
