Every day, the Victoria Community Center (VCC) welcomes and supports people from countries affected by crises that have been at the top of our newspapers for a long time. Sudan, however, is not one of them. The country has been at war for three years and is experiencing one of the most severe humanitarian crises in the world, according to major NGOs such as MSF, Intersos, and Amnesty International. Yet the world is looking elsewhere.
