We advocate & raise awareness

The Glocal Roots advocacy team seeks to:
  • raise awareness of the need for a paradigm shift in the humanitarian sector
  • raise awareness of the challenges refugees face in Europe
  • generate positive political and social change in respect to attitudes and policies impacting refugees and asylum seekers

We achieve this by speaking at public events, universities, and conferences, through our glocal blog, and by working with various other organisations.

CONSULTANCY

We consult NGO'S, grassroots groups, Think-Thanks and companies

We have extensive experience in bottom-up innovation and in developing participatory approaches based on shared ownership. We help NGOs, grassroots groups, Think-Thanks and companies to develop and implement strategies based on community engagement and participation. By engaging community members directly in the work of social change, impact can be increased while reducing inefficiency.
